A healthcare facilities provider in Wokingham is seeking a Maintenance Technician - Plumbing to support building services across the NHS. This permanent, full-time role (37.5 hours/week) offers a starting salary from £39,000 plus benefits. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with NHS policies, performing planned and reactive maintenance, and communicating technical information effectively. Candidates must hold relevant qualifications, a driving licence, and be available for on-call duties.
The key function is to support NHS Property Services in delivering building services maintenance and repairs across the NHS to ensure buildings are maintained to the highest standards and to provide a safe and secure environment for visitors, customers, and employees.

We have a great opportunity for a Maintenance Technician - Plumbing. This role is based at Wokingham Hospital, 41 Barkham Road. It is a permanent, full-time position working 37.5 hours per week (Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm). Starting salary from £39,000 (depending on experience) plus on-call allowance. This is a mobile role covering West Berkshire.
