  • Supporting automated production and process machinery.

Key Responsibilities – Maintenance Technician

As a Multi‑Skilled Maintenance Technician, your core duties will include:

  • Performing planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance
  • Supporting automated production and process machinery
  • Troubleshooting mechanical and electrical faults
  • Ensuring machinery is running at optimal efficiency to minimise downtime
  • Working within a team environment and collaborating with other departments
  • Supporting both PLC Controls and robotic systems (beneficial)
  • You will be working in a fast‑paced, high‑performance manufacturing/production environment supporting modern equipment.
Key Skills & Experience Required

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Experience working as a Maintenance Engineer / Technician in a manufacturing or production environment
  • Multi‑skilled background – ideally holding both electrical and mechanical knowledge
  • Recognised qualifications – NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
  • Apprenticeship trained background (preferred but not essential)
  • Basic understanding of PLC controls and robotic automation
  • Excellent problem solving and fault‑finding abilities
