A leading engineering services firm in West Yorkshire is seeking a Maintenance Team Leader to oversee a team of engineers. The role involves planning maintenance schedules, managing a CMMS, and leading hands-on support during breakdowns. Ideal candidates should have at least one year of experience in a leadership role and hold an NVQ Level 3 qualification. Competitive salary of £55k plus overtime offered.
Role - Maintenance Team Leader
Salary - £55k + OT
Hours – days/afternoons finishing at 7pm with flexi time.
West Yorkshire - commutable from Leeds surroundings, Wakefield, Barnsley
Holidays – 31 + 8days bank holidays

Due to an internal progression, there is a vacant position for a Maintenance Team Leader to join a team of 12.
This opportunity is perfect for the maintenance team leader to take the next step into the supervisory position – you will lead and oversee a team of 9 engineers being 20% hands on assisting with emergency breakdowns. In addition to the role, you will be managing their CMMS system overlooking various reliability installations, scheduling PM’s, ordering parts and attending daily meetings with different department heads. This role will be 20-30% hands on.
