As Maintenance Team Leader, you’ll oversee a small team of multi-skilled Engineers, ensuring all planned and reactive maintenance is completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. You will be responsible for coordinating workloads, mentoring team members, and supporting operational departments to minimise downtime and keep equipment running at peak performance.
