We're looking for a proactive and highly organised Direct Repairs Coordinator to support the delivery of responsive repair services. This role is central to ensuring repairs are scheduled, tracked, and completed efficiently, while maintaining high standards of customer service and operational effectiveness.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage repair work orders using the housing management system, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
