• Qualified Surveyor with experience in property related works.
• Knowledge of building surveying and maintenance environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage contractor work and undertake void specification surveys.
• Conduct damp/mould surveys and legal disrepair assessments.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.

Skills

Commercial awareness

Ability to interpret computerised information

Education

Qualified to AssocRIC, MRICS or CIOB, Degree, HND or HNC in Surveying
