Maintenance Supervisor FM Service Provider South Kensington £53,000 per annum

CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Supervisor to be based in South Kensington on behalf of a leading facilities management and maintenance provider.

This is an off-the-tools supervisory role offering £53,000 per annum with a 1-in-4 call-out rota. The position is ideal for either an experienced supervisor with a strong technical background in commercial building services or a skilled engineer seeking to move into a leadership role. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating maintenance operations across a busy and technically complex site, ensuring both planned and reactive works are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. Excellent communication, organisational, and people management skills are essential for maintaining smooth day-to-day operations within this prestigious and fast-paced environment.
