Job description
Location: Wakefield, WF2 Area
Working Hours & Week: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Reports to: Installation Director
Hourly Rate: £13 per hour
Duration: Temp - Perm
Working hours: 08:00 - 16:30
The Role:

Plan and coordinate maintenance work for our customers, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and outstanding service. You’ll liaise with Maintenance Technicians, manage customer queries, and support operational and administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate maintenance jobs, prioritising work and meeting SLAs.
  • Be the main customer contact for maintenance-related inquiries.
  • Ensure health, safety, and environmental standards are met.
  • Support team development, track training, and maintain certifications.
  • Manage purchase orders, documentation, and invoice queries.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Strong communication and time management skills.
  • Customer service experience, preferably in hire or sales order processing.
  • Ability to solve problems and work collaboratively.
  • Positive, flexible attitude.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Desirable:
  • Experience in modular space solutions or manufacturing.
