Job summary

A leading environmental service provider in Leeds is seeking a Field-Based Service Engineer to deliver maintenance and repair services. The ideal candidate should have qualifications in Mechanical or Electrical engineering, a positive attitude, and good problem-solving skills. Salary : Up to £40,000 (Basic Salary, overtime and call out rota standby) based on experience

Role Accountabilities :

• Field Based Service Engineer.
• Deliver maintenance and repair service to CSG Hutchinson’s customers, domestic and commercial.
• Diagnose, problem-solve and quote for repairs.
• Provide installation and refurbishment service of pump stations, treatment plants and interceptors.
• Maintain and update maintenance reports.
• Comply with Group H&S policies and behaviours.
• Demonstrate CSG management performance behaviours.

Person Specification

The Candidate :

• Positive attitude and good customer service
• Good problem-solving and communication skills
• Qualifications and / or experience in Mechanical / Electrical engineering
• Knowledge of sewage treatment plant and pumping stations desirable but not essential
• Full UK driving licence
• Able to work alone and within a larger team
