Qualifications

• 2 - 5 years of experience working in Social Housing or Building Maintenance.
• Ability to self-manage and prioritize work efficiently.
• Knowledge of statutory and legislative requirements for the trades.

Responsibilities

• Undertake responsive and routine repairs including plumbing and carpentry.
• Fit various types of doors and conduct kitchen installations.
• Diagnose and resolve repair issues effectively.

Skills

NVQ level 2-3 in carpentry/plumbing or equivalent

Trade based experience

Full, clean current driving license
