Maintenance Operative (Temporary). Location: Central Southampton | Free Parking

We are seeking a Maintenance Operative / Facilities Assistant / Handyman to join our team on a temporary contract in central Southampton. This is a hands-on role carrying out a variety of maintenance and repair tasks across the site.

Key Responsibilities:

• General building and site maintenance
• Minor plumbing repairs
• Painting and decorating
• Basic carpentry and general DIY tasks
• Supporting the wider facilities team as required

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous experience in maintenance, facilities, or handyman work
• Practical skills across plumbing, carpentry, decorating, or general repairs
• A proactive, reliable, and safety-conscious approach
