Qualifications

• Previous experience in general maintenance, repairs or property upkeep.
• Ability to carry out painting, decorating, basic joinery and minor plumbing tasks.
• Confidence using hand and power tools safely.
• A practical, flexible and proactive approach to work.
• Willingness to work across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning, repairing and preparing rooms and flats for new occupants.
• Carrying out basic joinery, plumbing, painting and decorating tasks.
• Building and installing flat pack furniture as required.
• Responding to maintenance issues in occupied rooms and communal areas.
• Supporting ongoing property improvement and maintenance programmes.
