Overview

I am currently working with a leading housing association based in Leith. They are looking to appoint a confident and well presented maintenance officer with a social housing background to join their team. Circa three month project, however may be extended into something long term or permanent. This role will have you overseeing the daily operation of the association with a specific focus on the delivery of upgrades and repairs within the estate. This role will be both customer and contractor facing, therefore you will be responsible for negating the challenges of social housing at various levels. Strong levels of IT skills are required for this role. This role is offering a strong hourly rate and flexible working.
