A leading pet care company in Sudbury is looking for a Maintenance Manager to oversee the engineering team at their factory. You'll manage maintenance activities to ensure production efficiency and lead continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a degree in engineering and significant experience in technical leadership, particularly in the food or consumer goods industry. We have an excellent opportunity for a Maintenance Manager (Packing) to join our team based at our Nestlé Purina Factory in Sudbury, Suffolk. This role is responsible to lead, guide and motivate the engineering team to ensure the plant is available to produce our fantastic products on time whilst meeting all quality and safety requirements.

Reporting into the Factory Engineering Manager this role will manage and support the activities of the maintenance team to meet both Production and Engineering demands. The Maintenance Manager will focus on the implementation of Asset Maintenance and TPM- (PM pillar) to deliver Asset Intensity to drive improvement in estimated unplanned stops.
