A reputable manufacturing company in Brierley Hill is seeking a Multiskilled Maintenance Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising a team, providing electrical and mechanical maintenance for machinery, including CNC systems. You will ensure compliance and manage budgets while adhering to maintenance schedules. The position offers a salary of around £55K, with a Monday to Friday work schedule and 33 days holiday including bank holidays.

Qualifications

  • Experienced Maintenance Engineer with a bias towards heavy industry/manufacturing.
  • Capable of diagnosing PLC logic faults.

Overview

Are you a Multiskilled maintenance Manager looking for a new opportunity at a well established company?

Advanced Resourcing are a forward thinking recruitment company matching talent with opportunity across the Midlands and Shropshire. We are recruiting on behalf of a facility that casts, machines and paints Iron products.

Responsibilities
  • Supervising a small team, currently consisting of 2 Engineers and 1 Apprentice
  • Providing electrical/mechanical maintenance for site facilities, foundry equipment and machinery, including CNC machinery (Romi, Mazak)
  • Adhering to PPM/TPM schedules and responsive reaction to breakdowns
  • Reading and working from electrical/panel drawings, fault finding down to a component level
  • PLC fault finding and interrogation to trace back faults
  • Installation and commissioning of new equipment/machinery
  • Develop Maintenance plans
  • Inspect facilities and all equipment in house
  • Manage budgets when required and liaise with commercial team
  • Ensure company and industry compliance is met
  • Inventory management
Qualifications
  • Be an experienced Maintenance Engineer with bias to heavy industry/manufacturing
  • Have an electrical qualification (level 3 or above)
  • Be capable of diagnosing PLC logic faults (Mitsubishi, Siemens, Allen Bradley, Fanuc)

  • Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm
  • 33 days holiday, including bank holiday
