Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Lean Manufacturing Engineering (or equivalent maintenance-focused qualification).
• Strong maintenance background, ideally from a fast-moving manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience in reliability and process engineering, including TPM.

Responsibilities

• Owning reliability and maintenance for all manufacturing equipment and site facilities.
• Driving continuous improvement and cost savings.
• Ensuring equipment and process documentation is accurate and up to date.
