• Lead and assist the engineering team, ensuring performance and coaching.
• Manage scheduled planned maintenance (PPM).
• Oversee contractor and apprentice management.
• Review maintenance activities and suggest improvements.
• Support the site’s 5S programme.
• Drive Reliability Centred Maintenance activities.
