We're looking for a Maintenance Engineering Apprentice to join our team in London as part of our UK Solutions business. This apprenticeship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands‑on experience while earning a Level 3 Mechatronics Maintenance Technician qualification.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct planned and reactive maintenance to minimise downtime.
  • Perform mechanical repairs, including welding and fabrication.
  • Diagnose faults using electrical drawings and testing equipment.
  • Support continuous improvement projects to enhance performance and efficiency.

Training and Development
  • In the first year, attend the University of Sheffield AMRC Training Centre full‑time for an initial block of study, returning to the workplace one Friday per month.
  • After the initial block, attend the AMRC Training Centre one day a week for knowledge‑based training; the remaining four days are spent on‑site, learning on the job.
  • Based either in London or Nottingham during the apprenticeship after completion of the initial study block in Sheffield.
Qualifications Required
  • Five GCSEs including: GCSE English Language – Grade C / 4 or above; GCSE Maths – Grade C / 4 or above.
  • Successfully complete assessments at the AMRC Training Centre and our internal recruitment process to secure a place on the programme.
