We’re not just after another pair of hands with a toolbox. We’re after an engineer who owns their craft - someone who thrives on solving problems, keeping machines alive, and making production lines hum.

This site is a workplace where engineers are valued, not just tolerated. You have the chance to actually influence how things are done, not just follow a checklist.

What You'll Actually Do

  • Hunt down faults, fix them fast, and stop them coming back.
  • Spot opportunities for improvements and make your mark on how we run.
  • Work shoulder-to-shoulder with other engineers and production teams.
  • Log it, check it, and do it right - because safety and quality aren't optional.
What You Bring
  • NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering (HNC/HND? Even better) OR any relevant engineering qualifications
  • Strong chops with industrial electrical systems - PLC fault finding, motors, drives, and control panels.
  • Experience in the food manufacturing game.
  • Reliability, a cool head under pressure, and the kind of attitude people want on their team.
