A leading manufacturing firm in the United Kingdom is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to enhance its team. The role requires maintaining automated machinery while working primarily Monday to Friday from 6.00am to 2.00pm, with some ad-hoc shifts until midnight. Ideal candidates should have a Level 3 qualification, 18th edition electrical certificates, and experience in PLC fault finding. Competitive pay starting from £44,440 plus benefits like pension and discretionary bonuses.
The basics :
Role : Maintenance Engineer
Industry : Manufacturing
Shift : Monday to Friday (6.00am to 2.00pm)
Dependent on shift cover, you could also be expected to work 2.00pm to 12.00am on an ad-hoc basis.
Pay : £44,440 + shift premium = earnings of £46000 and upwards achievable.
Overtime rates : Paid at x1.5 on Saturdays & x2 on Sundays
Benefits : Pension, Life Assurance, Discretionary Bonus Scheme, 25 days holiday per annum.
