Overview

Are you a skilled Maintenance Engineer? Would you enjoy maintaining our iconic historical building? We are recruiting for a Maintenance Engineer to join our team at De Vere Horsley Estate, East Horsley. As a Maintenance Engineer you will work as part of the maintenance team responsible for making sure the property is kept to a high standard. You will also be responsible for assisting the Maintenance Manager with Risk Management in your areas of responsibility, covering Health & Safety, Food Hygiene, DDA and Fire Safety, ensuring that the venue is fully compliant with all legislative responsibilities. This is a full-time role which involves working weekends.

Responsibilities
  • Knowledge and experience of Maintenance Engineer work including plumbing, electrics and decorating
  • The ability to prioritise work efficiently and keep people informed on planned completion timelines
  • You are enthusiastic and enjoy working as part of a team
