Job summary

A maintenance service company is seeking a Maintenance Shift Electrician for a temporary to permanent role in Belfast. This position involves carrying out both planned and reactive electrical maintenance tasks at a secure tech facility. The ideal candidate will possess a recognized electrical qualification and have a maintenance background in commercial buildings. With a continental shift pattern of 4 on, 4 off, this role offers the chance to work closely with a dedicated maintenance team.

Qualifications

• Must be presentable and reliable.
• Capable of passing a security check.
• Willing to complete work across other areas of maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Undertake planned and reactive electrical maintenance tasks.
• Complete PPM's in line with SLA and KPI agreements.
• Respond to Helpdesk requests professionally and timely.

Skills

Electrical L3 qualification with 18th edition

Maintenance in commercial buildings

Strong planning skills

Ability to manage workloads

Good interpersonal relationships
