We are recruiting for a Maintenance Electrician based in the Manchester area, covering electrical maintenance within a large-scale estate. The role is a permanent position paying £33,100, working Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.

Maintenance Electrician Duties:

• Completing PPM and reactive maintenance on:
• Electrical systems
• Lighting and emergency lighting
• Controls and BMS
• Basic plumbing
• AHU/fan coil upkeep
• Fabric duties
• Checks and compliance duties including water/tap temperatures
• Small works installation
• Emergency repairs
• All ad-hoc maintenance tasks

Requirements:

• A qualified Electrical Engineer (SNVQ Level 3 or C&G 1 and 2)
• Ideally 18th edition
• Previous PPM and reactive maintenance experience
• Excellent client-facing skills
• Able to pass DBS
