Overview

Electrical Maintenance Engineer – FM Service Provider - Commercial Building – Charing Cross, London – £40,000 - No call out

An exciting opportunity to join an established FM service provider based in Charing Cross has arisen! CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting an Electrical Maintenance Engineer based in a large tourist attraction in Charing Cross, London. He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive maintenance across this static site, working with a large team.

Package & Working Hours
  • A basic salary of up to £40,000
  • Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00
  • Plenty of overtime
  • No call out

Key duties & Responsibilities
  • Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)
  • Emergency lighting tests
  • Control Panels
  • Changing Ballast
  • BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)
  • Carry out all aspects of M&E/Fabric maintenance
  • Maintain and update Log books
  • Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
  • Pumps, motors
  • Compliance and logbooks
  • Chillers and pressurisation units
  • Undertake all allocated tasks and perform them in a timely and professional manner.
  • Be proactive in identifying and reporting faults with building services equipment and take steps to resolve them.
  • Be proactive to ensure all H&S issues are reported/escalated as required.
  • Maintain informal communications with Client staff members related to service levels and issues.
  • Report service affecting issued to the site management team for formal communication with the client.
  • Remain flexible with regard to site attendance and tasks undertaken within personal competency.
  • Be fully aware of relevant Health and Safety and general legislative matters.
