Job summary

A care home provider in Bromley seeks a part-time Maintenance Assistant for weekends. You will support the Head of Maintenance to ensure a safe, well-presented environment. Our client, a fantastic care home in Bromley, is looking for a part‑time Maintenance Assistant to work weekends and support the Head of Maintenance.

Responsibilities
  • Support the Head of Maintenance in creating a safe and well‑presented environment for residents and their families.
  • Maintain the garden and exteriors to the highest standard.
  • Undertake daily tasks to keep resident bedrooms and communal areas well‑maintained.
  • Carry out general maintenance and repairs when required.
  • Keep accurate records of work undertaken.
  • Assume other duties as requested.
About You
  • Friendly and approachable, able to interact with colleagues and residents.
  • Pride in maintaining the highest standards in all work undertaken.
  • Good eye for detail.
  • Prior experience in a general Maintenance role.
