Job summary

Our client, a fantastic care home in Bromley, is looking for a part‑time Maintenance Assistant to work weekends and support the Head of Maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Support the Head of Maintenance in creating a safe and well‑presented environment for residents and their families.
• Maintain the garden and exteriors to the highest standard.
• Undertake daily tasks to keep resident bedrooms and communal areas well‑maintained.
• Carry out general maintenance and repairs when required.
• Keep accurate records of work undertaken.
• Assume other duties as requested.
