Job summary

A leading design consultancy in North East London is seeking a Structural AutoCAD or Revit Technician to join its expanding design studio. The successful candidate will draught and model building structures using Autodesk software and will work closely with senior engineers. Overview

Mainstream North East London consultancy requires a Structural AutoCAD or Revit Technician to join the busy expanding design studio.

Responsibilities

• Use Autodesk AutoCAD and/or Autodesk Revit to draught and model UK building structures.
• Work under the direction of the Senior Engineer and CAD/BIM Manager and develop greater independence as the role grows.
• Contribute to projects in a busy design studio with a mix of new-build and refurbishment works.

Qualifications

• Skilled in Autodesk AutoCAD and/or Autodesk Revit software.
• Experience with draughting and modelling in UK building structures consultancy.
• Local to North East London or able to commute thereto.

Projects & Environment

Current workload is a mixture of both new-build and refurbishment projects in the Developer and Private Client residential market with project values up to £50 million.

Top base salary and benefits combined with a 4.5-day working week and hybrid WFH policy in a relaxed design studio.
