Job description
Overview

Barnet and Southgate College is looking for a passionate Maths Lecturer to join our English & Maths department. Your role will consist in teaching a range of programmes with mixed ability students both 16 - 18 and adults. The course you will teach on could include GCSE, Functional Skills and multiply courses for adults. You must be able to also teach some evening and/or Saturdays. You will deliver programmes and contribute enthusiastically to the development of the curriculum. You will prepare schemes of learning, lesson plans and use appropriate learning technologies in your teaching and other duties.

Hours: 14 hours per week, 52 weeks per year (0.4FTE). This post is on a Fixed Term Contract until August 2026. Primary Location: Southgate, may be required to work at any college campuses.
