Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor in a car dealership or motor trade environment.
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills are essential.
• Ability to upsell products and meet targets.
• Good organisational and IT skills, DMS experience is an advantage.
• Full UK Driving Licence preferred.
