We're currently seeking safety‑conscious, technically skilled Diesel Fitters to join our Machine Rebuilds Team in Welshpool, WA. Enjoy a 7 on 7 off day shift only roster (Wednesday‑Tuesday, 6am‑6pm), where you will have the opportunity to drive to work and be home every night!

We're currently rebuilding a range of machines including 785C, 793D/F trucks, D10T dozers, 16M/18 graders, and 854/992 loaders. The workshop runs at a fast pace with strict deadlines, so strong rebuild and outage experience is essential.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble and assemble CAT machinery, including dump trucks, graders, dozers, and loaders
• Promote a strong safety culture and support ongoing training and technical development
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the workshop

About You

• Minimum 2 years post‑trade experience
• Proven experience with CAT heavy earthmoving equipment rebuilds
• Proficient in CAT SIS (essential)
• High‑risk work licences: Forklift & Dogging (essential), Rigging (desirable)
• Strong diagnostic and problem‑solving skills
• Team player with a continuous improvement mindset
• Committed to safety and technical excellence
