Job Title: Machine Operative

Location: Ledbury

Contract Details: Temporary to Permanent Opportunity for the successful candidate

Salary: £13.33 per hour (weekly pay whilst on temporary assignment)

  • Operate machine to cut fabric per job specifications.
  • Analyse technical drawings and production plans to determine correct slit widths and marking positions.
  • Calculate material requirements, optimising usage to minimise waste.
  • Apply accurate markings on fabric for subsequent welding processes.
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure slitting accuracy and compliance with standards.
  • Maintain equipment and report any faults or maintenance needs.
  • Adhere to health and safety procedures at all times.
  • Collaborate with welding and production teams to ensure smooth workflow.
