Machine & Production Operatives

Location : Coventry, CV2

Salary : £12.21 per hour (Review after 3 months)

Machine Operator Hours: 4 on 4 off, 12-hour days (7am - 7pm)

Start Date : January/February 2026

Our company proudly opened our UK factory in the last quarter of 2024, and thanks to the rapid success and growth we've experienced since, we're now expanding our operations. To support this exciting next step, we're introducing an additional shift and are currently seeking three motivated individuals to join our team.

The Roles
  • Operating and maintaining our modern knitting machines.
  • Ensuring that the machines are set up correctly and running efficiently.
  • Monitoring the quality of the product produced.
  • Working with the team to troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the production process.
  • Adhering to health and safety regulations and company policies.
