Job summary

A leading technology solutions provider in Sheffield is seeking a Microsoft 365 / Exchange Solution Architect to design and operationalize Microsoft solutions for enterprise customers. This role involves leading migrations, ensuring compliance, and collaborating with cybersecurity teams. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in Microsoft 365 and Exchange, strong PowerShell skills, and effective stakeholder management. This position offers an opportunity to work on critical migration projects with a focus on security and compliance.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience as a Solution Architect specializing in Microsoft 365 and Exchange.
• Hands-on experience with tenant-to-tenant migrations and divestiture projects.
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks (GDPR, data residency).

Responsibilities

• Design and implement new Microsoft 365 tenants and SMTP Relay infrastructure.
• Lead migrations from Exchange 2013/2016 to Exchange SE and Exchange Online.
• Develop migration runbooks and automation scripts.
