Job Description

Base Salary of £25,000.00-£27,000.00 plus performance bonus potential of up to £6,200 (OTE £33,200).

Our client, specialising within the luxury blinds sector, is looking for a Showroom Sales Advisor to join our Solihull team. As we continue to grow from strength to strength, we would love to consider your application!

As a Sales Advisor you will work closely alongside our showroom team to deliver exceptional service to our customers. This role requires a friendly and confident communicator, who thrives in a customer service/sales role.

The fast‑paced nature of this role requires candidates who are extremely organised and able to prioritise tasks, whilst being both pro‑active and reactive to customer requirements. The sales process can begin over the phone, email or in person, and it is important you are a clear, confident, and friendly communicator on each platform.

Additional Responsibilities
  • Answering incoming sales calls
  • Making outbound calls to our customer database
  • Creating quotations, processing payments, arranging deliveries, and providing outstanding aftersales service
  • Providing advice on suitability, sizing and pricing whilst showcasing a natural flair for interiors
  • Updating the CRM system with relevant client information and daily activity
  • Arranging samples to be dispatched
  • Welcoming customers to the showroom and building relationships with clients, ensuring a professional and friendly welcome is always received
  • Maintaining a clean and tidy showroom
  • Providing drinks to customers during their appointments
  • Confirming showroom appointments with customers prior to their arrival

Working Hours

37 hours per week, with 2 days off. Opening hours: Monday‑Friday 9am‑5pm, Saturday 9:30am‑5pm, Sunday 10:30‑4pm.
