Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver an outstanding client experience that aligns with luxury service expectations.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of specialists to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain long‑term client relationships, ensuring opportunities for repeat business.
  • Oversee product expertise within the team, supporting knowledge of luxury watches, jewellery, and high‑value items.
