Qualifications

• Proven experience working with luxury clients in a retail environment.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong knowledge of luxury fashion trends.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service, placing the customer at the center of the experience.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Maintain an organized stock room and participate in daily operations.
• Capture Customer data into the Company CRM for personalized approach.
• Take ownership of resolving Client complaints liaising with the line manager when necessary.
• Work as a team player and partner with fellow colleagues.
