• Proven experience as a standalone HR Manager, ideally within luxury retail or a similar premium environment.
• Strong background in talent acquisition and development.
• Excellent knowledge of UK employment legislation.

Responsibilities

• Partner with managers for recruitment and development strategies.
• Lead the full recruitment lifecycle.
• Support training needs analysis and coordinate training sessions.
