Qualifications

• At least 2 years experience as a Senior Receptionist or Head Receptionist.
• Natural leader who can inspire, train, and motivate their team.
• Strong communication and numeracy skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach & inspire the Reception team.
• Maintain high operational standards & support training.
• Maximise revenue through room allocation & upselling.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping & Reservations.
• Handle guest feedback professionally.
• Participate in Duty Management shifts.
