We are searching for an amazing team of Fashion Sales Associates to work on a sophisticated luxury fashion brand in one of London's most iconic department stores on Oxford Street.

The role

As a Fashion Sales Associate, you will be full of personality, immaculately presented and responsible for promoting products, assisting customers with their needs, and driving sales through effective upselling techniques. Fashion focused, engaging, passionate, energised with a background in Luxury Fashion is a must.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products.
  • Provide knowledgeable information about products to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Engage in upselling techniques to maximise sales opportunities.
  • Maintain an organised and tidy sales floor, ensuring products are well-displayed.
