Lunchtime Supervisory Assistant

Location: Old Hall School – The Nest, Pinfold Street, Darlaston, WS10 8SY

Accountable to: Assistant Headteachers

Contract: Part time, 7.5 hours per week, Term-time only 11.30am to 1.00pm Monday-Friday

Salary: £4,256.35 - £4,390.95 per annum (actual). G2, SCP 2-4 £12.65 - £13.05 per hour

Responsibilities

Support pupils throughout the lunchtime period at The Nest, a specialist provision for younger children with complex SEND needs. Provide a safe, supportive, and engaging environment, monitoring behaviour, encouraging positive interactions, and acting as a role model for appropriate conduct.

Additional Requirements
