LUNCHTIME SUPERVISOR AT COUNTY BRIDGE PRIMARY SCHOOL

6 ¼ hours a week, term time only

Grade 1. SCP 02 £12.65 per hour. Actual Salary: £3456.01 per annum

We require a Lunchtime Supervisor, to be appointed as soon as possible, who is able to work every day during the term time, Monday to Friday, for 1 ¼ hours per day.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Relates well with children of all ages
  • Can be a role model for children by treating them with fairly and with respect but has the ability to be assertive in implementing the school’s rules and Behaviour Policy
  • Is aware of Child Safeguarding and Health and Safety issues
  • Can recognise and deal with any incidents of racism and bullying according to the School’s policies
  • Will assist children in the canteen to choose and eat a healthy lunch, encouraging the use of good manners and ensuring a clean and safe environment
  • Is able to work as part of a team and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Will be prepared to administer simple First Aid (for grazed knees etc) and deal with children who are distressed or sick
