Job Title: Lunchtime Supervisor

Location: Stoke-on-Trent

Contract Type: Part-Time

Hours: Approx. 1.5 2 hours per day, Monday to Friday (term time only)

Salary: Competitive, in line with local authority pay scales

About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Lunchtime Supervisor to join our friendly team. The successful candidate will help ensure that pupils have a safe, enjoyable, and positive experience during their lunch break.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise pupils in the dining hall, playground, and other designated areas.
  • Promote good behaviour and ensure the safety and welfare of all children.
  • Assist with the organisation of activities during lunchtime.
  • Provide basic first aid when required (training can be provided).
  • Work collaboratively with other staff members to maintain a positive school environment.
Requirements
  • Enjoy working with children and have a caring, approachable manner.
  • Ability to manage behaviour in a calm and positive way.
  • Good communication skills and a sense of responsibility.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
