Protocol Education are looking to recruit a learning support assistant/teaching assistant to join a SEND provision in Braintree.

The students that attend the schools have a variety of special needs, including ASD / SEMH / MLD / SLD / PMLD or have been identified as having a statement of an educational need. Therefore, a desire to assist in this area is required, but no experience is necessary!

All staff work to inspire, motivate, challenge and support each pupil, no matter what their individual needs may be. A friendly and positive approach to teaching and learning, as well as the ability to quickly build up strong relationships and rapport with individual children is important.

This is a long-term, full-time position so we are looking for candidates to be available 5 days a week between the hours of 8:30am-15:30pm.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
