Lounge Host at London Stansted Airport - Emirates Lounge

Provide excellent customer service from the preparation, presentation and service of food and beverages to Emirates Lounge customers satisfaction.

Set the bars and ensure condiments, glasses and cups are neatly arranged.

Load service counters as directed and maintain sufficient supplies throughout the service period.

Ensure the lounge seating area is clean and that sofa chairs and tables are arranged as per the lounge plan.

Assist the chef with food preparations such as fruit plates and cheese boards.

Maintain lounge cleanliness during operating hours and provide efficient and friendly service to lounge customers.

Qualifications

• Front of house customer facing experience is a must.
• An element of food experience.
• Highly motivated.
• Attention to detail.
• Able to work on own initiative within a team environment.
• Desirable: Lounge experience.
• Desirable: Airport experience.

Pay & Schedule

£13.90 per hour.

Shift work pattern 4 days on 2 days off - mix of early and late shifts - e.g. 2 early 8.30am 4.00pm and 2 late 3.00pm 10.30pm.
