Qualifications

  • Experience in a facilities, front-of-house, or customer service-focused environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive and solutions-focused, with a sense of ownership and responsibility.
  • Familiarity with basic health & safety and building management protocols is desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the assigned floor area is maintained to a high standard at all times.
  • Provide a professional, friendly, and effective reception service.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to all building users.
  • Take ownership of issues, resolving them promptly.
  • Enforce site rules and standards, particularly around health & safety.
