Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years AV experience with strong experience fault finding and troubleshooting audio visual systems.
• Understanding of networking principles.
• Technical knowledge of AV controls, audio DSPs and IPTV systems.

Responsibilities

• Attend service and preventative maintenance visits to clients throughout London.
• Attend reactive service calls and resolve client issues quickly.
• Provide training and mentorship to Junior Engineers.
