Qualifications

  • GCSE English and Maths at Grade C or above is mandatory.

Responsibilities

  • Support the management of communal areas and building facilities.
  • Carry out regular property inspections and address issues identified.
  • Help monitor service delivery standards for service partners.
  • Maintain accurate property files and digital records.
  • Respond promptly to tenant enquiries and complaints.
