Are you an experienced Logistics Planner/Coordinator seeking a challenging role in the international distribution of critical subsea and terrestrial assets? This is an opportunity to leverage your expertise in transportation, distribution, delivery, and strategic supply chain management within a dynamic global organisation. The company is a leader in sustainable infrastructure solutions for global communication, operating in High-Tech and High-Reliability sectors, delivering turnkey telecommunication systems and complete product architecture.

Responsibilities
  • Orchestrate complex logistical operations for global movement of subsea and terrestrial assets.
  • Manage vendor relationships, ensuring adherence to delivery schedules and quality standards.
  • Develop and implement strategies for storage and inventory management.
  • Ensure compliance with international shipping and customs regulations.
  • Support onboarding of new starters to site and assist with fire safety duties (e.g., coordinating fire drills) and minor team administration.
