Responsibilities

• Accurately enter and manage approx 15 sales orders throughout their lifecycle.
• Monitor OTIF performance and address risks or delays proactively.
• Act as the main customer contact for order updates and issue resolution.
• Register and resolve customer complaints with timely follow-up.
• Coordinate transport and dispatch to meet delivery schedules.
• Prepare customer invoices and process returns.
• Support the Sales team in resolving order issues.
