  • Help coordinate catering requirements, room layouts, breakout needs and AV basics.
  • Track client agendas, updates and changes, ensuring they feed into the overall event plan.
  • Manage delegate lists, registration requirements and the smooth movement of attendees.
  • Liaise with suppliers and local teams; build regional contacts where possible.
  • Support on-site delivery for selected events (with some travel expected, depending on volume).
  • Work directly with the client account team, providing clear communication and helping navigate fast-paced or last-minute requests.
  • Collaborate closely with other Spiro teams
  • Maintain accurate documentation, timelines, trackers and status reports.
About You

  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Comfortable communicating with clients and internal teams; patient and adaptable under pressure.
  • Eager to learn from the Project Manager and grow into a more senior logistics role.
  • Confident researching venues, suppliers and logistics solutions.
  • Good problem-solver who can juggle multiple tasks and stay calm during busy periods.
  • Languages are a bonus but not essential.
