Logistics Coordinator - Time Critical

What you’ll be doing

• Managing urgent shipments for UK and EU transport.
• Quoting, booking, and tracking jobs - keeping customers updated every step of the way.
• Providing multiple transport solutions, from airfreight to hand carry.
• Working with trusted suppliers to source the best options.
• Reviewing routes and suppliers to drive efficiency and profitability.
• Coordinating closely with warehouse, operations, and accounts to deliver a seamless service.

What you’ll bring

• Experience in freight forwarding, ideally within a fast-paced or time-critical environment.
• Knowledge of European transport planning (essential).
• Confidence under pressure and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-first approach.
• Ability to juggle priorities, stay organised, and deliver results.
• Computer literacy across MS Office and logistics systems.
• A second language or CPC qualification would be a bonus.

The details

40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with some flexibility for shifts, weekends or travel when required.

Customer and supplier site visits where needed.
